Legal Compliance
All transactions and cards operate within the instructions and regulations of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI).
Security
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their card information and security codes (3D Security). The company provides advanced protection, but the user remains responsible for securing their own devices.
Authorized Use
Cards (Platinum, Moamala, Fuel) must be used for their intended purposes, such as general purchases or fuel payments, and are prohibited for any illegal activities.
App Usage
Certain cards are issued and managed through the "Tabadul Verify" app; users must keep their details up to date and are responsible for the security of their mobile accounts.
Loss or Theft
In case of loss or theft, the cardholder is responsible for reporting it immediately through the available channels to cancel the card and protect their funds.
